This year it will be held at the Traci Lee Park (on Cheyenne Trail) on Aug. 11th at 7pm. An election will be held for all board positions. All current board members have agreed to re-run for another 2-year term. Please see the voting ballot enclosed if you will be unable to attend yet still wish to vote. Keep in mind that your dues must be paid in full for your vote to be counted. If you want to bring your account current, please do so no later than July 30th, so your payment can be processed by the meeting date and your vote will be able to be counted.

Thursday, June 24th through Sunday, June 27th An ad will be placed in the local newspaper as always to advertise this event with the dates listed. We encourage everyone to put up there own signs but please be sure to remove them after the sale. Thank you!

Roads

At this point in time there are no plans of our subdivision roads being resurfaced. Not until at least 60% of the 247 homeowners in our sub agree to help pay for it. For more info please see our web site.

Attention: Lot Owners With An Outstanding Balance

Please be advised, effective immediately ROAR has a new cost cutting policy in effect. We will no longer be mailing newsletters to lot owners that have a balance due on their property. If your Association Dues are current then this new policy will not affect you.
