Association Dues
Association dues are $30 per lot to be paid annually.
All payments are due on or before March 1st of each year.

Any property with liens or in collections will incur additional charges.
The Register of Deeds charges a total of $28 for the
placement and removal of each lien on a property.
Collection fees will amount to an additional 25% of a properties outstanding balance.
No later than 30 days after March 1st any property with a balance of $60 or more
will receive a lien. Also, any property with an outstanding balance of $90 or more
will be sent to collections and charged an additional 25% of their balance.
